Payment & Shipping
We accept paypal and credit card processed through paypal. Please make your payment to service@asiantropicalfish.com prior to the shipment date. If you haven't pay and your fish is still with us after the first 5 days of the fish arriving, DOA policy will be void, and we will not guarantee the health or condition of the fish from this point forward and after 10 days you will lose the title of your fish and the fish will be put up for adoption or will be discarded. We will send you the tracking number to your email shortly after the shipment is shipped out. Please refer to the table below for our service fees:

Our labor is $3 per betta sized fish
You will have to purchase other shipping materials separately. Below is what you need to purchase for your fish.

These foam boxes and heatpacks you can purchase anywhere and ship to us BEFORE we receive the shipment or you can purchase those directly from us with the price below.
Foam box + heatpack contain 1-11 fish $7
Foam box + heatpack contain 12-34 fish $10
Foam box + heatpack contain 35-50 fish $16
Local Shipping via USPS:
(1-20 bettas) $30.00
(24-40 bettas) $40.00
41-100 bettas $50.00
Example of 5 fish charges:
Labor: 5 x 3 = $15
Box/insulation: $7
Local shipping: $30
Total of $52 to deliver 5 fish to your door.

Local pick-ups are welcome at $3 each fish.
Regarding DOA
If your fish arrive to us dead, we will inform you and contact your sellers. Transhipping fees will be waived for the replacement fish not for local shipping charges.
For casualties that occur during reshipping, we work with sellers to honour DOA (dead on arrival) policy only if all the following criteria are met:
1) the fish was shipped by an overnight service
2) you signed for the package on the first delivery attempt
3) you provided us with clear picture proof of dead fish in unopened bag within 2 hours of receiving the package (according to tracking)
Please contact your seller regarding the DOA replacement of your fish. We waive all transhipping related costs except local shipping for the replacement.
